Terms of service

These terms govern the use of the seo-programático product (app.seo-programatico.com: first-party measurement, the web panel and the MCP connector for assistants), operated by Pair Programming.

1. The service

The base product is free: you register your site, install the measurement code, and see your data in your panel or by asking your assistant (Claude or ChatGPT) through the connector. Premium work (Google Search Console and Analytics combined, scoring, improvements shipped by pull request) is agreed separately, in a conversation.

2. Your account and activation

Sign-up is self-service and we approve the activation of measurement (it keeps the network clean). You may only register sites you own or are authorized to measure. You are responsible for your sign-in email; sign-in links expire after 15 minutes.

3. Acceptable use

Not allowed: measuring third-party sites without authorization, attempting to access other customers' data, overloading or abusing the API, or storing sensitive personal data in the site memory. We may pause accounts that abuse the service.

4. Data

Data processing is described in the privacy policy. If you install the code on your site, you are responsible for informing your visitors about the measurement under the rules that apply to you; we act as a processor under your instructions and will sign a DPA if you need one.

5. Availability and warranties

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or ranking results: we measure and help you decide, but Google and the AIs decide on their own. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

6. Leaving

You can leave at any time: remove the code from your site, disconnect the connector and ask us to delete your data (executed under the retention declared in the privacy policy).
